Both the class 4MT tank loco and Bulleid Light Pacific have now been released on the Steam platform, with the 4MT being one of the first locos to be given the 'Railworks Ready' title, a certification system meaning the product is tested by RSC themselves. 50% of the product's net sales also goes into funding future Railworks updates free for everyone with the product, as have our other items on the Steam platform. 

We will still offer products using direct sales for the foreseeable future, as well as possibly other outlets. Please note the direct products are exactly the same as the ones on Steam, except perhaps additional scenarios provided by RSC for marketing purposes. Our direct sales offer various discounts from time-to-time, which we believe offer equally good value. 

As always we endeavour to provide updates and patches as required, and they appear in the patches section of this website. They are downloaded automatically for Steam customers. 

Currently we have a patch issued for the 4MT which addresses a number of areas, and this supersedes the earlier one we provided with more alterations to sounds and some scripting file tweaks.  The Light pacific has just had a patch issued, which again is a response to a number of customer suggestions and some items that may have been overlooked. Please note the current Light Pacific patch addresses the same issues as the update we issued before which regrettably was faulty, hence it will still be called patch 1 for administration purposes. 

We are always happy to address concerns, if possible please send us emails direct, as they have more chance of being seen by our team. We cannot guarantee to correct issues outside the framework of the game, or implement wish lists that were not in the original design specification we set out for the software.
